What is most rewarding about being a trial attorney? The tremendous sense of accomplishment when my client garners justice.
— Ronald E. D'Anna

Ronald E. D'Anna

Mr. D’Anna has been practicing law since 1982. As a Partner, he delivers the highest quality of legal services to our valued clients, remains responsive to their needs, works collaboratively for a positive end result, and mentors our younger attorneys.

Over the past thirty-plus years, Mr. D’Anna has developed an eclectic practice in which he represents clients in both Federal and State Courts. His broad-based experience includes serving as general counsel in community associations and businesses organizations. His representation covers general civil litigation, business and commercial litigation, foreclosure litigation, contract disputes, non-compete enforcement cases, family law matters (including drafting of premarital and post-marital agreements, dissolution of marriages, post-divorce modification proceedings, grandparent adoptions, domestic violence, and repeat violence injunction cases), and appeals.

“My ability to endure the rigors of the unpredictability of civil trial practice is directly related to my assignment as a young prosecutor to the special victims unit. I handled numerous cases involving victims of crimes of violence, many of whom were young children. I became acutely aware of the emotional impact that the litigation process has on its participants, which shaped my promise to provide not just legal, but emotional counsel. To this day I remain committed to the adage that “in every cloud there exists a silver lining.”

Mr. D’Anna considers his greatest and most memorable professional accomplishment to be assisting a young girl who was sexually abused. His client became embattled in an epic legal fight and he will never forget the look of validation and tears of joy and relief in her eyes when a favorable jury verdict was announced in open court.
